College is run by Ramchandra Lalji Trust, Mumbai. The main purpose of this institution is to encourage girls education.
This institution was estabalished at that time when girls education was very rare due to problems. Girls used to come by bullock cart. In present time Shri Jitendra Singh Kushwah is the managing trusty of Ramchandra Lal Ji Trust, Mumbai.
College got recognition of High School in 09/09/1964 and of Intermediate in 13/10/1966
